Qualifications

To become a qualified ophthalmologist, one should complete his/her MBBS degree first, and then go for post-graduation in Ophthalmology. The degrees are Medical Science of Medicine (M.D.), Master of Surgery (M.S.) and Diploma in Ophthalmic Medicine and Surgery (DOMS).
